Another VIP I Know

My kids ask me, "Are you famous Mom?" whenever I show them people I know who have made it to the big times.

It is pretty amazing that I'm not....yet! LOL

Here's a guy that I'm VERY HONORED to know and to have some association with. He and I were both voted by our senior class as "Most Congenial." (see yearbook picture above)

Eric's always been one cool dude! This article just impresses me to pieces...and from the Washington Post no less!

Go Eric!

Cool! I'll have to read the entire article when the boy is in bed and I can actually pay attention to it. On another note - nice yearbook hair!! Didn't we all have that long curly stuff back then?? m

Stacy, you're going to have to go on some of my American Idol outings so you can build up more stories for the kiddos :)

By the way, I totally get the Miss Congeniality thing. I had thought of writing a blog giving the superlative awards out to my regular commenters, and that was the one you had gotten. (I went another way with the post.)

Aw, thanks Jen :) I'd LOVE to have that long, curly 80s/90s hair again. Those curls were natural and EASY! I showered at night, woke up as late as I possibly could in the mornings, sprayed my hair a little damp, and scrunched it. THAT WAS IT. Boy, I miss those carefree days.

JAAAAAAY-DEEE - How sweet of you to say that about me. I'm blushing...

Wouldn't it be cool if Eric Motley would Google himself and find this page??? Maybe if I write his name a few more times, this blog will show up in a search...

This entry made me wonder how much money all of these White House Staffers make each year and I found this website:

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/administration/whbriefing/2005stafflistb.html

For some reason, I thought the Vice President made more money! And did you know there is someone with the title "Deputy Director of Projects for the First Lady".... What's that!!! LOL

Anywho, nice picture too!

By the way... This blog also made me checkout the White House homepage. I applied for a Presidential nomination online. I wonder if I'll be nominated?

Executive Director of Meteorology to the President sounds catchy!

I'd vote for you Ryan!

By the way, YOU are another reason why my kids think I'm famous :)
